TMSP Aviation provides initial pilot training and aircraft rental. Based out of Hereford Municipal Airport (KHRX), TMSP Aviation has access to a well maintained airport with low traffic volume to provide students a great training environment while just getting started, and is a quick flight to Amarillo or Lubbock airports for a controlled airspace training.
TMSP Aviation currently uses a 1965 Piper Cherokee 180 for flight training. The Piper Cherokee 180 is a great training aircraft as it is simple to fly and has a good useful load allowing pilots of all sizes to train safely without having to sacrifice fuel load due to weight restrictions.
Our Piper Cherokee 180 is also available for rent to licensed pilots for local or cross country flights.
